QUESTION ABOUT PURCHASE ORDER IDOCs : ORDERS05 & PORDCR102

Overdel Tol and Underdel Tol not populating in idoc
Posted: Jun 29, 2009 12:46 PM Reply

Hi There,

I am working on a scenario where I am sending a PO from R/3 to SNC. The issue is that the Overdel Tol and Underdel Tol fields which are present in R/3 is not getting populated in idoc ORDERS05.

Please let me know what could be the reason? and which ORDERS05 segment should have these values.

Hi,

as per:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_scm70/helpdata/EN/9c/119fec6bb1469e928635938a086286/content.htm
quote:
"The transfer of delivery tolerances from an SAP back-end system up to and including enhancement package 3 for SAP ERP 6.0 is only possible with the following IDoc:
PORDCR1.PORDCR102"

so you will not see them in ORDER05 unless you use a user exist to add it there

hope this answers your question

Hi Michal,

Thanks for your valuable response.

Can I use PORDCR1.PORDCR102 instead of ORDERS.ORDERS05 for PO Collaboration in SNC

Hi,

you can use any IDOC in the output as long as you add additional mapping in XI
as the data in PORDCR is the same (PORDCR has even more) as with orders05
