Hi,
As your requirement was to create an Inbound Purchase Order.
The simple way is:

use Message type either PORDCR (Create purchase order) or PORDCR1 (Create purchase order).
Basic Idoc Type : PORDCR05
Inbound processing Function Module for above IDOcs is: IDOC_INPUT_PORDCR.
The above said function module internally uses BAPI "BAPI_PO_CREATE" to create PO.

However, to satisfy the requirement completely, you need to create a Z-Process Code and attach IDOC_INPUT_PORDCR function module to the Z-Process Code created.
Then we can use this new Z-process code in our partner profile.

Step-by-Step process to create Process Code (Inbound):

1. First Maintain WE57 transaction:
Go to WE57 transaction and search for function module IDOC_INPUT_PORDCR.
If found, WE57 NOT required to maintain.

If not found,
Go to Change mode. Then NEW ENTRIES

Pass following parapets and save it.
FunctionModule: IDOC_INPUT_PORDCR
Fucntion Type: Function Module
Basic Type: PORDCR05
Message Type: PORDCR

2. Maintain BD51 transaction
Go to BD51 transaction and search for function module IDOC_INPUT_PORDCR.
If found, BD51 NOT required to maintain.

If not found,
Go to Change mode. Then NEW ENTRIES

Pass following parametrs and save it.
Function Module (Inbound) : IDOC_INPUT_PORDCR
Inout Type: 0

. Maintain WE42 transaction (Inbound Process Codes):

Go to WE42 transaction.
Go to Change mode. Then NEW ENTRIES

Pass following parapets as screen shot attached.
Process Code: ZPUR (Change as your coding standards)
Description : Create Purchase Order (Inbound)

Option ALE:
Choose “Processing with ALE Service”.

Processing Type:
Choose “Processing by Function Module”.

Now SAVE the Application: After SAVE function module will be populated automatically into Identification ID field

Now Maintain your Partner Profiile.
